You'll own documentation for show control and media production environments, translating system architecture into actionable guidance for live experiences. Your work will serve as a critical operational bridge for systems engineers and venue operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Author and maintain technical documentation for A/V systems and show control.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and training materials for production teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate configurations and document workflows.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and templates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing in AV, broadcast, or live entertainment.
• Proven expertise documenting audio/video systems and delivery specs.
• Familiarity with industry standards (SMPTE, AES, IEEE).
• Ability to calibrate content for operators and engineers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with studio production or cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of AV-over-IP and networking fundamentals.
