Description

You will oversee the property's daily operations, including maintenance, office functions, and team leadership. You'll manage cost control, revenue programs, annual budgets, and sales/marketing strategies while ensuring excellent resident, prospect, and vendor communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Property Manager or related experience
• Strong leasing, sales, and customer service experience
• REIT experience preferred
• NALP certification preferred
• Entrata Core experience a plus
