You'll design and launch new learning experiences that scale user enablement globally at Databricks. You'll own the strategy and execution of programs from pilot to global scale, leveraging an AI-first mindset. This high-impact role allows you to build from the ground up across departments and regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and launch new learning programs end-to-end
• Design scalable learning programs within Databricks Free Edition
• Define learning initiatives for emerging technical audiences
• Track program performance through data-driven reporting

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience designing and launching new programs from zero to one
• Experience in Big Data, AI, or data science technologies
• Ability to develop compelling data-driven stories
