💼 About This Role

You'll own the React component library that all product engineers build on, partnering with designers to ship consistent, accessible components. Your work will reduce frontend complexity and accelerate development across the product. This role leads the Design Systems Guild in a fast-moving, well-funded company tackling a major construction industry challenge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day development of React component library
• Build components across Atomic Design hierarchy with Storybook documentation
• Review PRs into component library, enforcing standards
• Manage library roadmap balancing new components and migration work
• Lead cross-team Design Systems Guild

📋 Requirements

• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a production design system or component library
• Sharp eye for visual and interaction design
• Experience working closely with product designers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience with ShadCN or Radix UI primitives
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
