💼 About This Role

You'll provide school-based PT services across eight charter school campuses in Duval County, Florida. You'll build trust over time with K–12 students who need consistent support. This full-time W-2 role offers Florida's best school-based PT compensation and a $2,000 signing bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct PT services for gross motor development and mobility.
• Conduct initial evaluations and triennial re-evaluations.
• Partner with teachers and OTs to embed PT strategies into daily routines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and implement recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active Florida PT license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• NPTE passage and licensure in good standing.

• Pediatric or school-based experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency.
