Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to safely move cars in and out for repairs, meet production and quality goals, coach and develop team members, and ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, implement improvements
• Coach, develop, and provide performance feedback to team members
• Train team using Quality Control standards to identify and complete repairs effectively
