Description

You will own payroll compliance across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland with formal statutory responsibility in Norway, embedding Nordic legislation into product logic and governance frameworks. You'll lead audits, investigations, and regulatory readiness while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure compliance is architected into the payroll platform.

Requirements

• Active Autorisert Regnskapsfører licence (mandatory).
• Deep Norwegian payroll expertise: A-melding, NAV, pension, Altinn, GRFS.
• Working knowledge of payroll and employment compliance in Sweden, Denmark, and/or Finland.
• Experience leading audits, regulatory reviews, or country-level compliance programs.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
