Description
You will own the front-line experience for Admins and EOR employees across phone, email, and chat, providing expert guidance on international payroll, benefits, and platform navigation. You'll partner with internal teams to streamline workflows and build foundational knowledge documentation to scale support.
Requirements
- 4+ years customer-facing experience, ideally in EOR space
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Native or near-native English fluency
- Experience with US-based customers and stakeholders
- Proactive learning and use of AI/automation tools
Responsibilities
- Own front-line support for Admins and EOR employees across phone, email, and chat
- Partner with International Consultants on complex compliance and HR issues
- Serve as product expert for Justworks international offering
- Build foundational knowledge base with documentation, FAQs, and SOPs
- Drive AI efficiency initiatives and close feedback loop with Product and Operations
