Description

You will lead our Agentic AI team, building and scaling autonomous agent systems for complex government workflows. You'll design multi-agent systems, develop agent skills, and drive technical vision—directly impacting national security acquisition decisions.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in CS, CE, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years building/deploying ML or LLM-powered systems in production
• Minimum 2 years leading or mentoring engineering teams in production
• Advanced Python skills, experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, routing, and planning
• Develop Agent Skills and tools as modular, composable services
• Assist with automated evaluation of agents, skills, and prompts across the product lifecycle
• Work with Product and Implementation to solve customer problems with agents
• Lead Agile ceremonies and technical planning for the Agentic AI team
