You'll support store leadership to create the best experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets, all while using your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
