Description

You will manage a group of clinicians, facilitate training, audit services, and assist the Clinical Director in developing clinical staff. You'll also maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment, ensuring services meet best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist
• Authorized to work in the US, native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with cloud-based software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director in developing and implementing clinical schedule and curriculum
• Ensure clinical services follow recognized best practices
• Crisis management and on-call responsibilities during nights/weekends
• Maintain caseload and facilitate at least 15 hours of group treatment per week
• Provide clinical supervision per regulatory requirements
