You'll lead the development of our Internal AI Copilot for the Client Portfolio Management team, building AI-driven solutions that provide proactive retention and growth intelligence. This is a bottom-of-funnel mission-critical role where you'll directly impact client lifetime value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product strategy for the CPM AI Copilot
• Collaborate with data science to integrate churn prediction health scores
• Design features for upselling and cross-selling based on client portfolios
• Build tools that automate drafting of Portfolio Review summaries

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management focused on Customer Success or fintech retention
• Strong understanding of LLMs and RAG for summarizing client data
• Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and data lakes
