You'll transform data into actionable insights driving product decisions and business growth at a YC-backed, Series A fintech. You'll work with product, engineering, and business teams to uncover patterns in underwriting data and measure product performance. Your analyses will directly shape our product roadmap and help build a more consistent and fair financial system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Postgres and BigQuery.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for underwriting metrics and stakeholders.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and underwriting performance.
• Partner with teams to define metrics, run A/B tests, and measure feature impact.

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, joins, and window functions.
• Data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Attention to detail when analyzing financial and risk data.
