• Own the growth product roadmap, prioritizing features for onboarding and conversion.
• Scale paid acquisition and organic growth loops efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional growth team of product marketers and engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as Head of Growth, VP Growth, or CMO in a B2C startup.
• Proven track record with product-led growth strategies.
• Strong data-driven mindset with CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis mastery.
• Ability to recruit and lead top talent in a fast-paced environment.
