Description

You will build AI models and features that directly impact Loop's business, working on everything from training multimodal LLMs to scaling inference infrastructure and building agentic workflows. Your work will help automate complex supply chain back-office tasks and define how the AI team grows.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow) or shipping agents to production
• Solid understanding of multimodal LLMs and fine-tuning/deploying them
• Ability to ship high-quality production code
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Train and deploy in-house multimodal LLMs for document extraction and understanding
• Scale inference infrastructure to handle large training and inference volumes
• Build and ship agentic workflows for audit and automation
• Develop backend frameworks to enable AI agents at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure high accuracy and reliability
