You'll own the analytics ecosystem for the revenue organization at Abnormal AI, architecting how the sales team measures performance, forecasts pipeline, and makes data-driven decisions. You'll lead the global rollout of Gong Forecasting, build executive dashboards, and drive an AI-first approach to analytics that reduces manual work and accelerates insight delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global rollout of Gong Forecasting across AE organization
• Evolve Sigma Computing reporting ecosystem with scalable BI solutions
• Architect and execute Salesforce Opportunity Split framework end-to-end
• Drive GTM Data Governance, owning cross-functional Data Dictionary

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Analytics at B2B SaaS
• Production-level experience with Sigma Computing dashboards
• Hands-on experience with Gong Forecasting configuration and rollout
• Proficiency querying Snowflake and strong SQL skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance programs
• Familiarity with dbt or Fivetran
• Prior experience at a company scaling past $300M ARR
