You'll lead staffing automation and resource management at Superside, building tools to match creative talent to projects. Your work will drive delivery quality as we move from manual to AI-assisted staffing. You'll architect performant UIs and robust backends using React and Kotlin/Spring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop secure, scalable features for staffing automation and resource management
• Architect performant UIs with React and support backend logic with Kotlin/Spring
• Use agentic coding tools to accelerate boilerplate and refactoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design to turn manual workflows into software

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong expertise in React (primary frontend framework)
• Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot on the backend
• Deep knowledge of testing strategies (unit, functional, e2e)
