You'll own the product strategy for Bankjoy's next-generation business banking platform, working with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Client Success. You'll shape the roadmap and drive execution in a fast-moving fintech environment, while mentoring junior product managers. This role stands out with stock options and a remote-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and prioritize roadmap with cross-functional teams
• Lead product discussions on payment systems (ACH, wire, cards)
• Manage permission frameworks and access controls for enterprise platform
• Translate client feedback into product priorities and specifications

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in financial services or B2B fintech
• Deep knowledge of payment rails including ACH, wire, and real-time payments
• Experience with API and system integration discussions
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments

• Experience with credit unions or community banks
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms like Q2, Apiture, Temenos
