You'll craft stories and scripts for social media, podcasts, and short-form video. You'll collaborate with a lean, high-output team to drive engagement for BJAK's new UK brand. You'll own creative direction end-to-end, shaping brand voice from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write scripts, storylines, and dialogues for social media and video shoots
• Create engaging captions and hooks for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Collaborate with video producers and designers on content
• Research UK cultural trends and viral formats for ideas
• Adapt tone to different objectives (educational, entertaining, etc.)

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in scriptwriting or content writing
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for video content
• Understanding of social media trends and platforms
• Portfolio or examples of past creative work
