You'll manage convenience store remodel projects for Vixxo, ensuring on-time delivery and financial accountability. You'll build trusted client relationships and drive project success from planning to closeout.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects from $5k to $500k, including planning and closeout
• Ensure timely completion per plans, specs, and local codes
• Interface with clients to define project requirements
• Prepare scope, budget, schedule, and quality control

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of direct construction or project management experience
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
• Experience with budget forecasting and preparation

• Previous experience with retail stores
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• PMP certification
