💼 About This Role

You'll shape and own the editorial voice of Peec AI across all channels, writing signature pieces and editing every publication. You'll build a content team and partner with Growth, Product, and GEO to align content with launches and campaigns. This role lets you define a new category in AI search and brand visibility from a fast-growing Berlin Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the editorial voice across all written channels
• Write signature long-form essays and category-defining POVs
• Edit every piece and maintain quality and accuracy
• Build and lead content team with AI-augmented workflows
• Shape editorial direction of original research

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in editorial, content, or SEO roles
• Exceptional writing with a strong, distinctive voice and published portfolio
• Track record of shipping signature content that builds audience
• Fluency across long-form editorial, newsletter, SEO content, and original research

• Deep SEO knowledge and point of view on AI search
• Experience building an owned audience (newsletter, podcast, personal brand)
• Background in journalism, publishing, or category-defining content
