💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of product, integrations, and customer operations, helping construction contractors launch and scale on Miter. You'll remove technical roadblocks during implementations and design integration strategies. You'll also support pre-sales technical discovery for complex prospects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks during customer implementations
• Partner with Launch, Product, and Engineering to scope technical requirements
• Support pre-sales through technical discovery and tailored demos
• Build and maintain internal documentation on integration patterns

📋 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Strong troubleshooting skills across technical workflows and configurations
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with construction industry software
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g. NetSuite, Sage, Viewpoint)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration
