You'll oversee site management for clinical studies in oncology and rare disease, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for study sites and independently conduct all site visit types. Precision for Medicine integrates advanced technologies to accelerate bringing life-changing therapies to patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct site visits: pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out.
• Review and maintain Investigator Site Files and Trial Master File.
• Resolve data discrepancies and process Serious Adverse Events.
• Assess protocol deviations and escalate risks to project management.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 2+ years of on-site monitoring experience.
• 1 year of oncology experience.
• Global clinical trial experience.
