Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Massachusetts
• Passion for working with the geriatric population in a personalized, patient-centered setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services in assisted and independent living communities
• Treat adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-acute needs
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to tailor care plans and monitor outcomes
• Build strong relationships through 1:1 patient care
