Description

As a Part-Time Relocation Consultant, you'll guide relocating employees through every stage of their move, from coordinating logistics to providing local expertise. This role is primarily remote, with some in-person client support throughout the South Bay area.

Requirements

  • Must have legal right to work in the US
  • At least 5 years residency in the South Bay with local market knowledge
  • Must own a reliable, insured 4-door vehicle with valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week including weekends
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with relocating employees to understand their needs
  • Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture
  • Conduct housing and school research including rental trends and school ratings
  • Assist with essential services like DMV registration and banking setup
  • Coordinate and lead area tours in person or virtually
