Description

You will own the development, validation, and refinement of test assets and processes for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Collaborating with design and manufacturing partners, you'll ensure production testing campaigns are efficient, reliable, and scalable, while providing hands-on support and technical leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with test engineering for pneumatic mechanisms and fluid assemblies
• Ability to provide technical leadership in workcenter development
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Hands-on support capability for production personnel

Responsibilities

• Own development, validation, and refinement of test assets/processes for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Drive technical execution of mechanisms and integrated assembly testing
• Provide hands-on support to shop floor, addressing test issues and upstream feedback
• Analyze test data to evaluate assembly performance and lead root cause analysis
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, production, supply chain, quality teams
