💼 About This Role

You'll own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end for Vetcove's veterinary platform, defining strategy and roadmap to execution. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and optimize user experience and operational efficiency. This role offers the chance to shape the long-term strategy of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product strategy for key platform areas.
• Lead large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch.
• Synthesize feedback and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to improve adoption and retention.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and support teams for alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs and A/B testing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder influence.
