Requirements

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub) to focus on patient care
• Maintain meaningful client relationships
• Work flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours, day or overnight)
