💼 About This Role

You'll conduct an end-to-end review of the auto claims lifecycle, identifying friction points and opportunities for automation. Your work will directly impact how large insurers process claims, reducing cycle time and improving accuracy. You'll serve as the internal subject-matter expert, guiding best practices and influencing roadmap decisions with financial context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct end-to-end review of auto claims lifecycle from FNOL to closure
• Identify workflow breakdowns and data inconsistencies affecting claim outcomes
• Define standards for claims quality, documentation rigor, and defensibility
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues in claims processes

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience as a claims adjuster at a major P&C carrier
• Deep understanding of end-to-end auto claims process within P&C
• Proven ability to assess complex workflows and identify high-impact improvements
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact
