• Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers daily
• Complete silt fence, hydroseeding, and underdrain installation
• Operate mini-excavators and skid steers
• Communicate with clients and project managers

📋 Requirements

• 3 years construction or landscaping experience
• Valid driver's license
• Experience driving a truck with trailer
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
