🎯 What You'll Do

• Process commission payments and track referral deductions
• Validate compliance and commission records in company systems
• Provide agent support on commission inquiries
• Handle document tracking for transactions from listing to close

📋 Requirements

• NC Real Estate License required
• 5+ years of real estate activity in this market
• Knowledge of real estate laws in DC, MD, VA, NC
• DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM proficiency
