You'll design and scale Lumonic's revenue engine, owning pipeline creation end-to-end via automated multi-channel programs. You'll drive rapid experimentation and predictable growth from first touch to conversion. This hands-on role combines growth strategy, technical execution, and collaboration with founders and senior leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated workflows using Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.
• Execute integrated campaigns across outbound, paid channels, and content.
• Own KPIs and tracking systems to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Launch rapid experiments, scale proven tactics, and kill underperformers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps at a high-growth startup
• Experience building systems that drive pipeline
• Experience with Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Octave, or similar tools
