You'll manage customer projects from sale through installation and post-service, coordinating across departments to ensure timely communication and accurate project details. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining high service quality in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a discretionary bonus of up to $8,100 annually.

• Answer phones and engage with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform data entry using project management software.
• Schedule service and install appointments and conduct check-in calls.
• Coordinate with ordering team to align part arrivals with scheduling.

• Proficiency in data entry and project management tools
