💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists and shift leads to provide a seamless guest experience at a hair color bar. You'll learn services and work towards promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. This role offers base hourly pay plus commissions and tips.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, and styling
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and key performance indicators
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Complete training to master color theory and application skills

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience
• Effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

• Salon or beauty industry experience
• Fluent in English
