💼 About This Role

You'll lead sustaining efforts for Chromium Single Cell products, collaborating with R&D, Production, Marketing, and Support. Your work ensures product excellence from pre-launch to end of life in a state-of-the-art biotechnology environment. This role combines hands-on experimentation with cross-functional troubleshooting to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead testing of new materials, tools, and workflows to improve products.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot product issues.
• Design and execute experiments to assess impact of changes on assays.
• Perform statistical analyses on key assay and QC metrics.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in molecular biology or related field with 8+/5+/3+ years experience.
• Experience in reagent or assay development in biotechnology industry.
• Proficiency with molecular biology and analytical techniques (qPCR, nucleic acid isolation, etc.).
• Experience with single cell assays including cell handling and library preparation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with 10x Chromium platform.
• Experience with statistical tools like JMP or R for data analysis and DOE.
• Experience with bioinformatic analysis of NGS data from Illumina platforms.
