💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by providing maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll work on the newest fleet using proprietary tech to diagnose issues and manage work orders. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to travel to customer job sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repairs and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
