🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including executive roles.
• Design and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting functions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (corporate, technical, operations).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
• Experience with ATS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Lever.
