π― What You'll Do
- Lead sales strategy and execution for industrial bakery equipment across North America.
- Manage strategic customer relationships and oversee full sales cycle.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
π Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience in long-cycle sales or business development with direct revenue responsibility.
- Mandatory experience in industrial bakery equipment industry with exposure to CAPEX sales.
- Strong understanding of North American market dynamics and international sales environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical and commercial negotiations in high-value B2B environments.
- Willingness to travel 50β75% as required.
