You'll lead daily operations for a Fixins Soul Kitchen location in Los Angeles, supporting the growth of the largest Black-owned restaurant group. Your leadership will ensure top-notch service and a vibrant dining experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Manage inventory and supply orders
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Assist with hiring and training new team members

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong knowledge of soul food cuisine
• Ability to manage a full-service restaurant team
• Proficiency in POS systems
