You'll design and build scalable features across the full stack for an AI-powered customer support platform that powers millions of monthly interactions. You'll collaborate with product to deliver high-impact releases and integrate cutting-edge LLM capabilities into enterprise workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product to break down scope into iterative, high-impact releases.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into enterprise customer support workflows.
• Optimize API performance and refine microservices architecture.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Experience integrating LLMs in production.

• Experience with Next.js, Python, or event-driven architectures.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK).
