💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and implementation of the Lucas Museum's inaugural volunteer program, working cross-functionally with all departments to administer volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling. This role is key to fostering a culture of recognition and inclusion for volunteers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support volunteer recruitment, development, scheduling, and communication
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate recruitment events and orientations
• Maintain volunteer database system (Giftpulse) for scheduling and tracking
• Coordinate volunteer onboarding activities including badging and access

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience coordinating volunteers
• Project management and program development experience
• Experience developing volunteer management systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience working for an art or non-profit organization
• Experience in start-up work environments
