You'll own QA strategy and execution across mobile, backend, and internal systems for a non-custodial crypto wallet and payments platform. You will ensure production stability of high-stakes financial systems handling user assets in real time. This role blends hands-on testing with technical QA leadership in a fast-paced crypto environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement QA standards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Test complex fintech and crypto flows including transactions and swaps
• Monitor production stability using Sentry, Firebase, Grafana
• Mentor a QA engineer and improve QA maturity across the team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience
• 3+ years focused on mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Strong background in fintech or crypto products
• Practical knowledge of crypto wallet systems and blockchain fundamentals
