As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, supporting key operational functions like shipment and floor set updates, and maintaining strong visual standards. You'll work closely with the team to ensure accurate inventory and a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Manage stockroom standards for a safe and efficient operation
