Description

You will provide live-in care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. This role offers a $250 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work in your community with supportive on-call clinical managers.

Requirements

• One year of verifiable work experience with a Healthcare Agency or non-healthcare Employer (if newly licensed)
• Successful completion of a 76-hour Home Health Aide training course
• Active HHA license with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Must be able to attend in-person orientation at Pennsauken office

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Provide oral feeding, vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Remain in the home for each 24-hour period as assigned
