💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in their homes. Your work enables clients to live safely and independently with dignity. This role offers 24/7 clinical support and flexible scheduling in a mission-driven, not-for-profit environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support ambulation, transfers, and exercise routines
• Remain in the home for each 24-hour period as assigned

📋 Requirements

• Active NJ HHA license
• One year verifiable work experience with a healthcare agency or non-healthcare employer (if newly licensed)
• Completed recognized HHA training course
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned

✨ Nice to Have

• Unlicensed applicants or NJ CNAs willing to become certified
• Previous live-in care experience
