Your core impact is building systems where every stage from requirement ingestion to autonomous deployment is observable, trustworthy, and continuously improving. This role stands out by embedding quality into AI workflows from the ground up, not retrofitting testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end quality architecture for agentic SDLC pipelines
• Architect multi-agent quality workflows including validation and triage agents
• Define quality gates and risk-scoring models for autonomous pipelines
• Build behavioral testing frameworks for LLM-powered features and agents

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with depth in development and quality
• 4+ years as a hands-on principal architect with cross-org scope
• Direct production experience building systems with LLMs or AI agents
• Expert in Python and TypeScript; proficient in a compiled language

• Background in enterprise SaaS with regulated high-uptime environments
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
