💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of designers, analysts, and copywriters to create engaging campaigns for Picnic's online grocery customers. Your designs will shape our visual identity across email, social media, and app assets. You'll use an analytical approach to test and validate your work through A/B testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build campaigns from concept to asset creation
• Create and update email campaigns, social media assets, and app visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple channels
• Conduct trend research and competitor reviews

📋 Requirements

• Degree in graphical/visual/communication design
• 2-5 years of visual design experience in commercial or agency environment
• Expert with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma
• Solid online portfolio with keen eye for detail and creative flair
