You'll build and lead the European SDR organisation from scratch, scaling a team to 80+ members across Barcelona and Milan. Your core impact will be defining the sales development playbook, driving pipeline generation for field reps in key European markets, and shaping how SumUp wins new business at scale. This role offers the rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up within a fast-growing, global fintech company.

  • Build and lead the SDR function, scaling to 80+ team members
  • Define and implement standard operating playbook covering commission plans and tooling
  • Own day-to-day performance tracking qualified appointments and deals closed
  • Partner with RevOps to improve data quality and integrate AI-driven tools
  • Develop SDR talent into future sales roles and account executives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience leading an SDR or outbound sales function at scale
  • Track record of building sales teams or SDR functions from scratch
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate data into decisions
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment with shifting priorities
