As an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technician at Carvana, you will use advanced techniques like glue-pulling and hail repair to restore vehicle panels on steel and aluminum in our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Use of safety equipment such as goggles, gloves, and mask

Responsibilities

• Repair dents using advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Perform hail repair and fix creases and body lines
• Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Potentially work mandatory overtime based on business needs
