You'll drive customer success for enterprise clients in the food sustainability space, owning portfolios from onboarding to ARR growth. You'll be a trusted climate advisor, helping companies reduce emissions while expanding contract values.   • Lead renewal negotiations and drive upsell opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted climate advisor
  • Onboard users and guide data collection on the RootOS platform
  • Analyze COโ‚‚ emission patterns and present reduction insights

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally B2B SaaS or consulting
  • Excellent German (C2) and English (C1+)
  • Hands-on, reliable, detail-oriented in fast-changing environments
  • People-centric and proactive with strong communication skills
