You'll drive customer success for enterprise clients in the food sustainability space, owning portfolios from onboarding to ARR growth. You'll be a trusted climate advisor, helping companies reduce emissions while expanding contract values. This role offers the chance to shape a fast-growing climate tech startup in a mission-driven team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead renewal negotiations and drive upsell opportunities
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted climate advisor
- Onboard users and guide data collection on the RootOS platform
- Analyze COโ emission patterns and present reduction insights
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally B2B SaaS or consulting
- Excellent German (C2) and English (C1+)
- Hands-on, reliable, detail-oriented in fast-changing environments
- People-centric and proactive with strong communication skills
